You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. For most treatments, you will be provided with a robe and slippers. During massages and body treatments, you will be draped with towels or sheets to ensure your privacy.

The frequency of spa treatments depends on your personal needs and goals. For general maintenance and stress relief, once a month is typically sufficient. However, for specific issues like chronic pain, more frequent visits may be beneficial.

 

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment to relax and fill out any necessary paperwork. Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to stay hydrated. If you’re receiving a massage, it’s best to avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand.
